Is there any information anywhere on what this event is and how to get into it?

You're seeing the system tell you when you can get tots or when you can't get them from the fan dancer dojo and the mines. When the statue at the capital is red you can get tots from those locations.

Side note those locations are PvP zones.

ivandagreat: Im having problems down loading the client. I keep on getting a Client.exe system Error program cant start because igrping.dll is missing from your computer try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. It wont let me do it for some reason. Apr 17, 2015 13:04:19 GMT -6

Coeur De Saignem: Correct they spawn once a day unless they are the semi rares. Those spawn a couple of times a day (if they are picked up). Yes you don't have to have stealing for any of them Aug 21, 2013 10:07:35 GMT -6
